SAFE supported First Momentum in the planning and execution of the Spinoff Summit at the ESO Supernova Planetarium near Munich. Bringing together researchers, founders, investors, and industry leaders, the event provided a platform for scientific innovation to connect with entrepreneurship and venture capital. Designed to support scientists on their journey from research to successful spin-off ventures, the event brought together founder stories, expert insights, curated networking, and the Scientist Help Desk, where attendees received personalized guidance from experienced founders and industry experts. A poster competition showcased promising research projects and fostered new connections across the deep tech ecosystem.
Together with First Momentum, SAFE helped create an inspiring environment where scientific innovation met entrepreneurial ambition, supporting the next generation of technical founders.
